Brasier Freeth appointed joint leasing agent at Mander Centre, Wolverhampton
Brasier Freeth has been appointed, alongside Barker Proudlove, as joint leasing agent at Mander Centre in Wolverhampton, acting on behalf of Catella APAM.
Located in the heart of Wolverhampton city centre, Mander Centre is the city’s dominant retail destination, offering approximately 550,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation.
The centre is anchored by Frasers Department Store and Flannels, with other major occupiers including Boots, H&M, New Look, Matalan, JD Sports and Superbowl. The scheme also benefits from 550 car parking spaces and attracts around 8 million visitors each year.
With significant investment taking place across Wolverhampton, including new housing, employment opportunities and improvements to the surrounding area, Mander Centre is well positioned to benefit from increased activity and footfall.
Damian Sumner, Head of Shopping Centre Leasing at Brasier Freeth, said:
“Mander Centre is an established retail destination with a strong occupier line-up and an important role within Wolverhampton city centre. With significant investment taking place across the city, there are a number of opportunities for retailers and leisure operators looking to expand or establish a presence in the area.”
Brasier Freeth’s Shopping Centre Leasing team will be working with existing and prospective occupiers to support the centre’s ongoing leasing strategy.
