Dan joins from CBRE, where he built extensive experience advising both landlords and occupiers across a broad range of retail assets. His expertise spans rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures and dispute resolution, with a track record of delivering strong outcomes for clients operating on high streets, in shopping centres, retail parks and drive-thru locations.

He brings a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to lease advisory, combining technical knowledge with a clear understanding of market dynamics. This enables him to provide clients with straightforward, actionable advice in an increasingly complex retail environment.
