Elliot joined the bf team in December 2023 as an Associate in our Office & Industry Agency team, he previously spent 5 years working at Cushman’s gaining experience in agency and valuation. Elliot is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and studied Real Estate at the University of Reading. Elliot is passionate about increasing Diversity and Inclusion within the Real Estate sector and having attended the Pathways to Property summer school in 2014, now sits on the board. Outside of work, Elliot is a keen goalkeeper and plays weekly in Euston.
Trevor has spent over 40 years amassing an extensive knowledge of the commercial property market. Having joined the firm in 1990, he became a Partner just two years later and was instrumental in the merger of Freeth Melhuish and Brasier Harris to form Brasier Freeth in 2008. Trevor’s much-respected expertise has resulted in him securing many high profile occupier clients, private investors, institutional landlords and developers for our Office & Industrial Agency team. He is now a consulant for the firm.
Tim is a Principal at Brasier Freeth and heads up the Office & Industrial team. Having joined as a fresh-faced agency graduate in 2012, Tim attained his letters in 2015 and has since climbed the ranks, being the first Principal to have come through the company graduate programme.
Tim’s experience covers a broad range of work including lease advisory and valuation work however his main focus is commercial agency where he has an extensive knowledge of the regional Office and Industrial market. His view being that a granular knowledge of the local and regional market, across the sectors allows him to offer the best possible advice to a client.
The majority of his work is disposal driven and he has worked on a number of high-profile projects including the latest phase of the Prologis Park development in Hemel Hempstead, the refurbishment and disposal of HYDE on Clarendon Road, Watford and the disposal of the Warner Bros. space at Leavesden Park to name but a few.
Outside of the office Tim enjoys a challenge, where time and a young family permit, and keeping things fresh. He recently completed the London Marathon in aid of DENS and managed to raise over £4,000. All ideas for his next challenge are welcome!
Professional experience, skills and areas of expertise
Neil started his retail agency career at a busy North West London practice over 25 years’ ago, before joining Brasier Freeth in 2004 and then becoming a Principal of the business in 2015. Neil specialises in Retail and Leisure Agency, including investment and development.
With a South-East regional focus, Neil deals with Landlord agency leasing instructions, as well as the disposal of tenanted Freehold investments. Also trusted by developers, Neil has taken a large number of projects from site acquisition, advising on design phase proposals, specifications and tenant mix, through to pre-leasing and eventual sale of end investments.
Neil has acted as a disposal and acquisition agent for Tesco for approximately 20 years, having acquired in excess of 150 sites on Tesco’s behalf, predominately for their Express format and also including larger stores, generally within London and the Home Counties. Neil’s Development experience has proved invaluable to Tesco where site acquisitions often involve construction works and therefore expertise to agree planning strategy, handover specification and legal conditions, liaising directly with Tesco’s project team to deliver the best outcome for the client.
Neil has also been retained as an Outsourced Development Manager for Travelodge Hotels since 2007, with a brief to assist their expansion and work with third party Developers to identify and acquire sites for the construction of new hotels in London. Neil has since brokered the acquisition of a number of high profile sites on Travelodge’s behalf, with openings including keys sites at Brent Cross, Wembley and Harrow.
Outside of work
Neil lives in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire and enjoys going to his local gym, watching his daughter play football, overseas family road trips and the occasional drink with friends.
Mark joined Brasier Freeth at the start of his career in 2002 and became a Partner in 2015. Mark acts for multiple retailers and leisure operators providing strategic portfolio advice on disposal and acquisition programmes throughout the UK.
Mark is also experienced in acting for both institutional and private investors on High Street blocks across Southern England, providing both agency and investment advice.
Clients and professional accomplishments
Mark currently advises numerous national retailers on a sole agency basis including, Ryman, Choice Discounts, Costa, Tossed, and various independent overseas brands.
As well as his retailer mandate Mark also advises leisure and restaurant operators Nationwide. With the evolution of retail experiences, leisure has increasingly become an essential part of any shopping destination, an example of which is the advisory services he provides to one of the leading UK indoor golf operators, Treetop Adventure Golf on their expansion Nationwide.
Mark is currently involved in a special project for the US restaurant chain Wingstop. He met the owners in late 2019, at the time they had 2 restaurants. Due to his dedication, Mark quickly became the sole agent for Wingstop across the UK. As of February 2025, Wingstop trades from 58 sites in the UK, with annual sales above £150m. Mark has agreed another 25 sites to open this year (2025) and now starting to build the pipeline for 2026. In early 2024 Wingstop was voted one of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses and highest-placed restaurant operators by the Financial Times List. In December 2024, the original founders sold the UK business to US private equity firm Sixth Street for in excess of £400m
Outside of work
Mark lives in North London and has five children ranging from 9 to 19 which keeps him VERY busy! Mark enjoys travelling (without his kids!) and enjoying quality time with his family.
Felix joined BF’s graduate program in late 2018, successfully navigating the graduate rotation system and RICS APC process to obtain his Chartership in early 2022. His connection to the firm dates back to 2014 when he completed work experience at our WGC office, shadowing former principal James Oliver. Felix was promoted to Associate in April 2023.
With a deep-rooted family history in commercial real estate, Felix represents the seventh generation of surveyors under the Gillett family name.
With seven years of experience across the Herts, Beds, and Bucks regions, Felix has developed a deep understanding of these markets. He advises both individual and institutional landlords on professional, valuation, and agency matters, with a primary focus on the commercial agency sector, particularly regional office and industrial markets.
Recently, Felix has been involved in the disposal of office space for Dacorum Borough Council and Bourne Leisure, as well as industrial space for Mileway and Aberdeen.
Outside of the office, Felix enjoys life in Berkhamsted and challenging himself physically. Having previously completed the London Marathon and Ride London, his next goal is to conquer the 2-mile Swim Serpentine in September.
