Issy joined us in September 2024. She studied English Literature and Film Studies at University of Liverpool, before completing her Master’s in Real Estate at University of Reading.
She is on the Graduate Rotation Programme. She has completed her rotations with the Retail, Restaurant & Leisure team and the Office & Industrial Agency. In December 2025, she started her rotation in the Valuation and Lease Advisory team.
She loves painting, reading and sports in her spare time.
Daniel joined Brasier Freeth in September 2024 after graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Real Estate. He began the bf graduate programme in the Valuation team based in Kings Langley, this was then followed by a rotation in our Central London office with the Retail & Leisure team, he is now currently on rotation with the Office & Industrial team in our Kings Langley office. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing a wide range of sports as well as travelling, exploring different parts of the world with a particular interest in visiting theme parks.
Elliot joined the bf team in December 2023 as an Associate in our Office & Industry Agency team, he previously spent 5 years working at Cushman’s gaining experience in agency and valuation. Elliot is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and studied Real Estate at the University of Reading. Elliot is passionate about increasing Diversity and Inclusion within the Real Estate sector and having attended the Pathways to Property summer school in 2014, now sits on the board. Outside of work, Elliot is a keen goalkeeper and plays weekly in Euston.
Trevor has spent over 40 years amassing an extensive knowledge of the commercial property market. Having joined the firm in 1990, he became a Partner just two years later and was instrumental in the merger of Freeth Melhuish and Brasier Harris to form Brasier Freeth in 2008. Trevor’s much-respected expertise has resulted in him securing many high profile occupier clients, private investors, institutional landlords and developers for our Office & Industrial Agency team. He is now a consulant for the firm.
Tim is a Principal at Brasier Freeth and heads up the Office & Industrial team. Having joined as a fresh-faced agency graduate in 2012, Tim attained his letters in 2015 and has since climbed the ranks, being the first Principal to have come through the company graduate programme.
Tim’s experience covers a broad range of work including lease advisory and valuation work however his main focus is commercial agency where he has an extensive knowledge of the regional Office and Industrial market. His view being that a granular knowledge of the local and regional market, across the sectors allows him to offer the best possible advice to a client.
The majority of his work is disposal driven and he has worked on a number of high-profile projects including the latest phase of the Prologis Park development in Hemel Hempstead, the refurbishment and disposal of HYDE on Clarendon Road, Watford and the disposal of the Warner Bros. space at Leavesden Park to name but a few.
Outside of the office Tim enjoys a challenge, where time and a young family permit, and keeping things fresh. He recently completed the London Marathon in aid of DENS and managed to raise over £4,000. All ideas for his next challenge are welcome!
Peter joined the bf team in 2000 and became a Partner in 2004. He worked for both of the firms that merged to form Brasier Freeth and was instrumental in initiating the merger. Over the past 30+ years’ Peter has amassed an extensive knowledge of the regional commercial property market. His exceptional insight enables him to provide our clients with informed considered advice, he advises occupiers, landlords, investors and developers on all aspects of commercial property in NW London and the Northern Home Counties.

Peter is an experienced member of the Office & Industrial team he deals with agency, corporate real estate strategic advice and lease advisory work. Specialisations include complex agency disposals, relocation advice for industrial and office occupiers, development advice for both sellers and purchasers and advice to clients on lease regears, renewals and rent reviews.
Clients and professional accomplishments
Peter has advised numerous regional, national, and international companies on property acquisitions and relocations including Hilton International, TK Maxx, Europcar, Bentley Designs, Restaurant Associates, Global Infusion Group and Dentons. These have been in myriad locations including Central London, The West Country, The Midlands as well as Northern Home Counties.
Peter likes the creative unstructured elements of finding solutions for client problems with a good example being the acquisition of the freehold and leasehold elements for the creation of the TK Maxx European HQ in Watford. Of particular importance is thinking from the client’s perspective and not exclusively from that of a property professional. Giving clear, honest advice even when it is unwelcome is a key principle that he strives to follow.
Outside of work
Peter lives in Sarratt, a village outside Watford and has two grown up children and 3 grandchildren he likes to travel with a particular interest in unconventional trips often involving boats and mountains. Peter has climbed peaks in France, Switzerland, Italy and Norway. Recent trips have included ski-mountaineering in northern Norway plus sailing in Thailand and Brazil.
Other interests are reading, history, tennis in the summer months and the occasional cycle trip.
Lesley joined the bf Team in 2013, having spent 14 years working for a local Estate Agency. Whilst in her last position as Lettings Manager, she gained her qualification to become a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Lesley works within our Office & Industrial team as an Assistant Surveyor.
Graham joined the bf team in 2005, having spent 12 years working for a London-based Agency and 2 years locally in St Albans. He now has a further 15 years’ experience within our Office + Industrial Agency team. With a solid network of contacts and his finger on the local property pulse, he advises occupiers, landlords and developers on all aspects of commercial property in NW London and the Northern Home Counties.
Felix joined BF’s graduate program in late 2018, successfully navigating the graduate rotation system and RICS APC process to obtain his Chartership in early 2022. His connection to the firm dates back to 2014 when he completed work experience at our WGC office, shadowing former principal James Oliver. Felix was promoted to Associate in April 2023 and the Partner in April 2026.
With a deep-rooted family history in commercial real estate, Felix represents the seventh generation of surveyors under the Gillett family name.
With seven years of experience across the Herts, Beds, and Bucks regions, Felix has developed a deep understanding of these markets. He advises both individual and institutional landlords on professional, valuation, and agency matters, with a primary focus on the commercial agency sector, particularly regional office and industrial markets.
Recently, Felix has been involved in the disposal of office space for Dacorum Borough Council and Bourne Leisure, as well as industrial space for Mileway and Aberdeen.
Outside of the office, Felix enjoys life in Berkhamsted and challenging himself physically. Having previously completed the London Marathon and Ride London, his next goal is to conquer the 2-mile Swim Serpentine in September.
Claire joined the bf team in 2015 as a Partner within our Office & Industrial Agency Team. With over 30 years’ commercial property experience, Claire uses her considerable knowledge of the Northern Home Counties market and extensive network of contacts to identify new opportunities for her occupier, landlord, investor and developer clients.
She works in the industrial, logistics and office sectors and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the development and marketing process. Claire transfers this expertise into a number of significant advisory roles with key clients to include site sales, pre-letting advice, acquisitions and disposals. She is currently working with institutional clients including Prologis, Ares, Wrenbridge, CBREIM, AVIVA, Tritax Big Box, Tristan Capital, to name but a few, as well as public sector and owner occupier clients.
Claire is on the Strategic Business Board for Dacorum Borough Council with strong links to local business and Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership and lives by the mantra if you want something done give it to a busy person!
James is a Consultant of the firm based in our Welwyn Garden City Office. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982, James has dealt with a wide range of properties throughout the country.
After working within the Estates Departments of two national occupier companies, James moved to Private Practice based in the West End for Grimley JR Eve, now Avison Young. James joined the firm in 1996 after sailing round the world and became a Principal in 2005.
These days, he specialises in the disposal and acquisition of Office & Industrial space and retail properties for owners and occupiers. James acts for a number of private property investors and oversees the firm’s instructions from Howden Insurance. In particular, he acts for Chilli Pilates where he has been involved in the expansion of the business from one studio to over 10 studios and who are looking for more premises.
Outside business, James is a keen sailor and enjoys playing bridge, Fives and golf.
Jeremy joined bf in 1984 to set up the Professional Services Department and became a Partner in 1988. Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with over 35 years’ experience advising both corporate and private clients. In 2024 he became a consultant at Brasier Freeth.

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience of acquisition and Lease Advisory work throughout London and the South East. His expertise is acknowledged by the RICS, he is on the President’s Panel of Independent Experts and Arbitrators, regularly receiving appointments to determine rent review disputes on offices, logistics, industrial and warehousing premises.
Practical experience of acting as Expert Witness in Court on 1954 LTA lease renewals. Previously an external tutor in Valuation for the College of Estate Management, Reading. He was a member of the RICS Working Party on preparation and publication of 2nd Edition Guidance Note on PACT, published in 2018. Landlord clients in last the 5 years include Federated Hermes, Royal London, abrdn, DTZ-IM, Picton, Orchard Street IM and Knight Frank IM.
Key occupier clients include Compass Group UK & Ireland and Lawsons.
Outside work, having only just recently hung up his cricket boots, he spends his leisure time taking advantage of his MCC membership watching a good deal of cricket with pint in hand and trying to improve his golf handicap, thus far with only a modicum of success.
