Daniel joined Brasier Freeth in September 2024 after graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Real Estate. He began the bf graduate programme in the Valuation team based in Kings Langley and is now based in the Central London office with the Retail & Leisure team as part of his second rotation. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing a wide range of sports as well as travelling, exploring different parts of the world with a particular interest in visiting theme parks.

Ben joined us in October 2022. He studied Geography at the University of Portsmouth and then went on to study Real Estate at the University of Reading. He loves travelling, the outdoors and he’s a Scout leader in his spare time. Ben joined  our graduate rotation programme starting his first rotation in the professional department with Steve and team in the Valuation team. In March 2024 he moved across to the Retail & Leisure team to start the next stage of his rotation for a short while before moving back to  the Valuation and Lease Advisory team. In November 2024 he passed his APC to become a RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

Steve joined bf in 2017 and heads up our Valuation team. As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Steve has spent the majority of the last 20 years working across Hertfordshire, north and east London establishing a solid reputation for his Valuation work on behalf of a number of high street banks and other lending institutions.

Steve has a wealth of experience accross the commercial property sectors with a particular specialism in the appraisal of development sites, representing a variety of private developers and housing associations. Steve also advises a number of Local Authorities in relation to the acquisition, disposal and review of their property assests.

Simon joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1990. Simon has been a Chartered Surveyor for almost 50 years and has wide ranging experience. He currently undertakes lease advisory and valuation work on commercial and residential property for banks, local authorities, housing associations and private clients.

Simon is well known within the regional business community for his expertise and is regularly used as a sounding board for his honest, informed and considered advice.

Lesley joined the bf Team in 2013, having spent 14 years working for a local Estate Agency. Whilst in her last position as Lettings Manager, she gained her qualification to become a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Lesley works within our Office & Industrial team as an Assistant Surveyor.
