Legal & General completes first letting at Centric

Legal & General has completed the first letting at Centric, its new industrial development in Stevenage.

Remedy Fulfilment, a specialist logistics provider to the music and entertainment industry, has taken a 13,829 sq.ft unit on a 15-year lease (with a break at year 10), marking a strong start for the scheme.
Developed by the Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) in partnership with Taurus Developments, Centric occupies a prime position on Gunnels Wood Road and delivers four high-quality units totalling 75,634 sq.ft.

This first letting reflects both the strength of demand in Stevenage and the appeal of well-located, modern industrial space. With limited supply in the area, the scheme is already meeting a clear need for growing businesses.

Three units remain available (10,000 – 26,306 sq.ft) for immediate occupation.

Great to see an established local occupier like Remedy Fulfilment continuing its growth journey at Centric.
