Tim joined the bf team in 2012 as a Graduate Surveyor, having completed a Masters in Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University. In May 2015 Tim passed his APC to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Since that time he has worked within our Office & Industrial Agency team, he was promoted to Partner in April 2022 then too Principal in April 2024. He is the first Principal to have come through our graduate scheme.

His extensive knowledge of the regional Office & Industrial market has proven to be invaluable to the Practise. As part of his new responsibilities, he will head up our Office & Industrial team.
